At Youth Building the Future Global (YBTFG), we are deeply inspired by the SDGs and believe that their message must be amplified, especially in spaces where young leaders and changemakers converge. This belief led us to create our SDG Ribbons campaign—a powerful symbol of solidarity and a call to action.

The Inspiration Behind the SDG Ribbons Campaign

At Youth Building the Future Global (YBTFG), we have taken inspiration from the original SDG Action Campaign launched in 2002 and reinterpreted it as a creative, artistic initiative known as SDG Ribbons. This project serves as an artistic expression aligned with the core principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDG Rebounds project is entirely free of copyright concerns, as it respects and adheres to the guidelines set by the SDGs. Our interpretation is not only a form of public awareness but also a tribute to the ongoing global efforts for sustainability.

By embracing the artistic freedom inherent in the SDG campaign, YBTFG offers a unique platform for raising awareness of the SDGs, reflecting our commitment to both creative expression and global action.our deep engagement with the SDGs and our commitment to ensuring that these goals remain at the forefront of global consciousness. We were inspired by the simplicity yet profound impact of visual symbols in uniting people around a common cause. Just as the pink ribbon became a global emblem for breast cancer awareness, we envisioned the SDG Ribbons as a way to tangibly represent the interconnectedness of the SDGs and the universality of their message.

In a time when the world is facing unprecedented challenges—climate change, inequality, and the COVID-19 pandemic—the need to remind ourselves and others of the 2030 Agenda has never been more critical. The SDG Ribbons serve as a visual reminder that the goals are not just the responsibility of governments or large organizations; they are everyone's responsibility. By wearing these ribbons, individuals make a personal commitment to the goals and to the principle of leaving no one behind.
